Live music at Landmark Center: Landmark Center offers free live concerts throughout the Winter Carnival, including the St. Paul Civic Symphony (2 p.m. Jan. 28), Joey Ryan (noon Jan. 29), vocalist Naomi Karstad, and the Dolce Wind Quintet (noon Feb. 1).
