The Winter Carnival Memorabilia Swap on Saturday, Jan. 12, is a whole lot more than dusty buttons and faded photos. St. Paul Winter Carnival fans can gather and gander the goodies from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the South St. Paul VFW, 111 Concord Exchange S., South St. Paul.
