This event is free and open to the public and all are welcome to attend!

Be among the first to see the 2016 Saint Paul Winter Carnival buttons and help us kick off the 2016 Saint Paul Winter Carnival season.  Our Royal Family and Vulcans will be on hand to present the buttons and put on a quick show!  Buttons will be for sale immediately following the unveiling.

Date: Saturday, November 21, 2015
Location: Rice Park, downtown Saint Paul on the Rice Park Powered by Xcel Stage
Time: 5:45 P.M.- 6 P.M.

This event will take place with the Saint Paul Tree Lighting (6 p.m.) and the Wells Fargo Winter Skate Grand Opening (6:30 p.m.).
