The St. Paul Bouncing Team tosses a team member into the air Saturday night during the 2009 Torchlight Parade through
downtown St. Paul. The parade, accompanied by the traditional overthrowing of the Winter Carnival’s King Boreas by the Vulcan Krewe, marked the end of this year’s carnival.
