The St. Paul Winter Carnival will offer outdoor lunchtime concerts today through Jan. 31 in Rice Park.
Music runs most days from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with performances often extending into the afternoon. The schedule includes acts like Media Addicts (today), Instant Pleasure(Friday), John Anderson (Tuesday) and the Okee Dokee Brothers and Mark Stary (Wednesday).
Meanwhile, on Jan. 30, the Landmark Center will host an entire day of family-oriented concerts, starting at 9 a.m. with the Teddy Bear Band and wrapping up at 4 p.m. with the Boardwalk Blues Band.
