Tickets for the St. Paul Winter Carnival Beer Dabbler – a four-hour fest featuring craft and micro-brewed beers – go on sale this week ahead of the Jan. 28, 2012, event.
The outdoor party is moving from Mears Park, where it was first held two years ago, to the nearby St. Paul Farmers’ Market space. The new site will give attendees more room to roam and makes room for more portable toilets.
A limited number of tickets will be available for $25 at a presale party starting at 7 p.m. today at the Cherokee Tavern, 886 Smith Ave. S. in West St. Paul.
The rest of the tickets go on sale Friday for $30 apiece. Day-of-event tickets will be $40.
Last year’s event raised $24,000 for local charities and non-profits, according to organizers.
