The Grande Day Parade, on the Winter Carnival’s big first weekend, gets rolling at 2 p.m. Jan. 25. King Boreas leads carnival royalty, marching bands, floats and the bouncing girls from the High Bridge and along West Seventh Street to Rice Park.
