The Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade lit up downtown St. Paul as the Winter Carnival officially got underway Jan. 28, 2016. With luminaries in hand to light the way, Carnival dignitaries, ambassadors and organizers walked with local business leaders from the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce on Robert Street to Rice Park. The Carnival runs through Feb. 7.
