Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade: Annual walking parade open to all ages. Cocoa, coffee and cookies hosted by FamilyMeans beginning at 5:15 p.m. Parade participants are asked to bring light-up items including glow sticks, lighted hats and gloves. Afterward, enjoy live music, a beverage from the Ice Bars and heat from the hot air balloon baskets in Rice Park. Parade begins at 6 p.m. at Securian Building, 401 Robert St. and ends in Rice Park.
