A "web" is protruding, now look through the "O",
and bring your face close, to the left your eyes go.
Not north but face south, to the left you will see,
the racks near the water where canoes should be.
Don't go on the water or ice when you look,
just search high, no low, and I'll be in a book!

Explanation:
If looking through the "O" of the "Spider Web" feature on the playground, and facing south you will see a canoe rack on the left side. The medallion is hid in that area, but not on the ice or the lake, and it is in a BOOK.
