It’s Burnsville Fire Muster celebration time! Did you know that in 2004, the Fire Muster’s Fire Truck Parade was cited in the Guinness Book of World Records for holding the longest fire truck parade in the world with over 120 fire trucks. This year’s clues will provide you some interesting information about firefighting, and hopefully lead you to the Medallion…. Good luck.
The Burnsville Festival & Fire Muster was found today in Tyacke Park next to a big rock near the park's entrance. It was found by Burnsville resident Kenley Merrill. He said he was drawn to the small park since it has a small trail as indicated by one of the clues. He said he had looked in other parks on the previous day, but decided to give Tyacke a try since it was near his home.
For his efforts, Merrill has won a prize package that includes gift cards from Red Savoy Pizza, Honey Baked Ham, Original Pancake House, Porter Creek Hardwood Grill, Bricksworth Beer Co., Crayola Experience, and Chanhassen Dinner Theatre.
