Excludes Hart Lake, and Prestemon Park, which is bounded on one side by McKinley St. McKinley was the 25th president. This clue could also be construed to exclude Silverwood Park, part of the Three Rivers Park District, whose address is 2500 County Road E, West. In addition, Silver Lake Park and Silver Lake Beach, which are Columbia Heights Parks, would be bounded by McKinley St. if the street were projected northward from its end.

My hiding spot has trees and a bench or two.
There are no Castles from my point of view.
So to be just and fair, I'm in a place that's in Heights care.
Our Thoughts:
Explicitly excludes Kordiak (an Anoka County Park), and Silverwood. Could potentially exclude Huset park, which has a business named Castle nearby. Indicates the park is a smaller space.
