Crystal Frolics time is here.
Definitely our favorite time of year.
We extend an invite to one & all
To join the search for the Crystal Ball.

Search by day and not by night.
Stay off private land, please be polite!
Search only on land owned by the City.
To trespass elsewhere would be a pity.

Stay out of water, make no mistake.
You don't need to swim or jump in a lake,
You won't need a shovel for this gig.
We won't hide it where you need to dig.

Out in the open or in a disguise,
Finding the ball brings a $500.00 prize.
For this donation, we need to thank,
The generous people at Associated Bank.

Buy your button for a $2.00 fee,
At many locations, including the CCC.
Find the ball and wear your pin.
This is a must, if you want to win!

Around 8:00 a.m. (that's morning not night),
Check for clues at a following site.
On park buildings at Becker and Valley Place,
You will find the clues to begin this race.

You may also try Associated Bank or the CCC
All good locations - get there ASAP.
Good luck, be respectful and have some fun
The Search for the Crystal Ball has begun.

Another year of our hunt,
brings you to the parks again,
Seek you must,
To find my ball,
But first a riddle tasks you all.

"Where am I" you ask aloud,
Why not try where nature dwells,
Water flows,
Seek out a path,
Do not set out without your map.

Watch me come,
Watch me go,
Where does all that water go?
To the river?
To the Lake?
I hope you didn't sleep too late.
Up the hill,
Down the path,
Is that the Mayor running past?

Young and old come and play.
Along the waters edge they say.
"An untold story takes place till twilight here,
UFO's a plenty!" Exclaimed Claire.

"If you want to disbelieve,
watch them fly and bob and weave.
They go up and down in succession many times."
Each path they mark with cryptic signs.

The first," said young Sam. "with horns of a Ram,
While the last like fish chasing their tails as they swam!
If you look down the water-bearers way, be sure to hunt along that site,
and the crystal ball you might sight.
