2020 Glencoe Holly Days Medallion Hunt

Every year the Chamber hosts a Medallion Hunt that is sponsored by Crow River Sno Pro’s Inc. The prize money is $500 in Glencoe Bucks. Glencoe Bucks are like cash that can be spent at Chamber members. Every Friday at 4:00 pm a clue will be posted on our Facebook page and website, until the medallion is found. Medallion Hunt 2020 Rules:
- The Chamber board and employees do not know where the medallion is hidden.
- It can be inside or outside.
- It may not be available 24/7.
- It can be buried, but not underground.
- If you do not like the rules, don’t play.
- Have fun!
If you find the Medallion – contact the Chamber at 320-864-3650. If no one answers then leave a voicemail with the location and someone will get back to you. You can also email sally@glencoechamber.com.
Tours of Lights – Unfortunately, the bus tour has been canceled due to Covid. We are still going to have a lighting contest though. Glencoe residents and businesses are invited to decorate their property for the holidays and enter into our lighting contest sponsored by Glencoe Power & Light. Starting on Friday evening December 11, 2020 and going through until Sunday night we are asking the public to vote on their favorite house. We will list the photos and addresses on our Facebook page.
The prizes are Glencoe Bucks, which is a check that can be cashed at our Chamber Members. The prizes are:
• Residential Holiday Lighting Display Contest:
1st Place is $200
2nd place is $150
3rd place is $50.
• Store Front Holiday Lighting Display Contest – All participating businesses will be put into a drawing for two $50 Glencoe Bucks prizes.
