Ray and Diane Wood, and Pam Olson teamed up to find this medallion in what is now one of the most verboten of locations. The medallion was found in Marthaler Park in West St. Paul, which is noteworthy because this marked the only time that it was not found in Ramsey County. West St. Paul is in Dakota County.
