You gotta walk the walk, not just talk the talk
If you want to find where our treasure is moored.
Explanation:
"Mayhem" and "insured" refer to this hunt's sponsor: All-State Insurance. The medallion is hidden in blue and white material (All-State's color). Hunters are advised that they will need to be prepared to "walk" to the hiding site as it is only accessible by trail and is in a somewhat isolated location. "Moored" refers to the park's location next to the river.

Wildflower Levee Park's name derived from a community-wide naming contest, hence a "park for the masses". "Industry", "Uncle Coop", and :"auntie" refer to "The Industrious Cooperative Ant" sculpture located in the park. "Industry" also refers to the park's location near the former stockyards, as well as its location near current industries such as Waterous.

Explanation:
The hints in this clue should have helped you figure out the park name. Four out of five of Minnesota's major men's sports teams are referenced. The one that is missing, "Wild", combined with a "bloom"ing flowers gets "Wildflower". "Jeans" refers to "Levi" - a play on the word "Levee".
