Join in the fun of searching for the Medallion in this year's historic Medallion Hunt sponsored by Stillwater Motors, hidden somewhere on public property within the Stillwater City Limits!

Make sure to purchase your Commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Button from Stillwater Motors, Lift Bridge Brewery or at Stillwater Log Jam Kick-Off Event at the Washington County Historic Courthouse on July 16, 2015. With your purchase of the button, you may be eligible to win $500 sponsored by Stillwater Motors with a bonus gift certificate from the Mainstreet IBA - over 40 shops in Stillwater!

Without the purchase of the button, winner may receive $100 (sponsored by Stillwater Motors)- with the remaining amount being donated to the Washington County Historical Society - an awesome, local non-profit organization - so really, you are still winning, but donating to this place! (But we are going to be very diligent this year about rules - if you didn't buy a button originally, we expect complete honesty in claiming of the prize and will do our checking on the facts.

• Commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Buttons will only be sold prior to the FIRST Clue being read by the Washington County Historical Society at The Stillwater Log Jam Kick-Off Event at Washington County Historic Courthouse on Thursday, July 16, 2015. Time is not specific - we want you to enjoy the talent show on purpose!
• Commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Buttons will be sold at Stillwater Motors, Lift Bridge Brewery and at The Stillwater Log Jam Kick-Off Event at Washington County Historic Courthouse on Thursday, July 16, 2015.
• First clue to be read by Washington County Historical Society's Brent Peterson at Stillwater Log Jam Kick-Off Event at Washington County Historic Courthouse Talent Show and Ice Cream Social on Thursday, July 16, 2015. The hunt is only to begin AFTER this clue is read. Any searching prior is considered grounds for disqualification.
• All following clues will be read at 1pm at the Warden's House on North Main Street each day, and then posted here.
• Prize is $100 (sponsored by Stillwater Motors) without purchase of a Commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Button. The remaining amount is donated to Washington County Historical Society.
• Prize is $500 (sponsored by Stillwater Motors) with purchase of a Commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Button.
• Prize will be awarded after the conclusion of the festival during the week of July 20, 2015 after all details of the find have been thoroughly reviewed and approved.
• The Medallion will be hidden at an undisclosed time on public land within Stillwater City Limits.
• No previous winners or relatives of winners of the Stillwater Log Jam Medallion hunt are eligible to win any prizes affiliated with the festival's activity.
• Any attempt to purchase, use, recreate or borrow a commemorative Stillwater Log Jam 2015 Button after the reading of the first clue in order to claim the prize money is strictly prohibited.
• No images of Medallion itself will be published as we do not want any possible replicas. When you find it, you'll know it!
• The Locals can choose to disqualify any individual on suspicion of misconduct, cheating or any foulplay regarding the contest whatsoever.
• Please be respectful of land and property. Any damage to land and property is strictly prohibited and grounds for disqualification.
• There are no age restrictions on who can participate or who can win.
• If for some reason the Medallion is found by mistake, or prior to the first clue being read, the Medallion must be returned to The Locals or Washington County Historical Society and we will announce the change in contest.
• Have fun! Make this is a memorable experience for yourself and the community. Conduct yourself in a manor that would make your grandmother proud. Good Luck!
